Telehealth Instructions
If you are scheduled for a telehealth appointment with us, please see the below instructions. You can get to our patient portal by clicking the patient portal button above.
If you are having issues getting into your telehealth appointment, please send a text to 402-744-6777.
Patient Check-in
Patients are allowed to check-in for TeleHealth consults 30 mins prior to the appointment time. Here is the procedure to join the video session from PHR
Log in to Patient Portal (not the app) and go to the 'Appointments' section. Press Patient Portal button above.
2. Click on the 'Check-in' button shown next to the appointment
3. Select the state of residence and click on the 'Join' button. Then wait for the provider to join the meetin
4. If you do not have a Charm PHR account, you can use the Join URL sent as part of the appointment confirmation email. Please notify your provider for assistance in setting up your account.
