Gender Self-Pay

We accept cash and credit cards for Self-Pay. Payment is due at the time of services. 

Gender New Patient Visit (1 hour): 

• $250 with routine labs

• $200 no labs

Gender Return Visit (30 minutes):

• $100 no labs

• $150 with routine labs

  • Every 3 months after the initial visit for the first year

  • Every 6 months for the second year

  • Yearly visits for the third year and after

  • Requests for dosage change/route of medication may require additional visits and lab draws

*Prices are for Gender Affirming Hormones Care ONLY. Additional services/labs available at an extra cost.

New Gender Self-Pay Payment Plans

$700 for the first year includes 4 visits and basic hormone labs. If you request additional labs, you will be charged our cash price for these. If you pay for year up front and get $50 off.

Up front for 1 year: $650

Pay Per visit:

1st: $250

2nd: $150

3rd: $150

4th: $150

Pellet Self-Pay for Gender Affirming Care

Total Annual Cost is $1800.00

Quarterly payment each visit $450.00

Full payment up front $1600.00

(discount of $200.oo/year)

If you want to bill your insurance for labs, the cost for each pellet is $400
